KSMK is a plant for the production of aerated concrete using German equipment. VKBlok production plant launched in 2010. First, in the village of Vasyurinskaya, then in Gulkevichi, and now in the Rostov region, Kadamovsky, 3 km from the city of Novocherkassk.
VKBlok is a very light, fairly warm material. He gets these properties due to the large number of pores. The final structure is not monolithic, but contains bubbles with gas. Therefore, such a building material has a low thermal conductivity and is able to retain heat for a long time.
VKB block is autoclaved aerated concrete. VKB blocks are made in an autoclave, at a temperature of 200 degrees, so they have such strength. Such blocks have sufficient bearing capacity and are intended for the construction of various buildings. VKBlok can replace brick, concrete and many other building materials.
Frost resistance of aerated concrete (gas silicate) blocks – up to 150 cycles.
Like a tree, WKBlocks work well. A wall made of aerated concrete block, laid evenly, may not be plastered, but simply putty due to the very good, geometrically high accuracy of the blocks. The technology of building from gas blocks VKB block is acquiring new qualitative outlines.
