The expressiveness of the volume of the house is achieved through the use of semicircular and curvilinear elements in the composition of the plan: the wall that bounds the living-dining room and the veranda on the first floor, one of the walls and the balcony railing on the second floor.

This technique allows you to create an unusual, light-filled space designed for family communication and daytime relaxation, and provides unlimited opportunities for the owners to explore the interior creatively.

The memorable appearance of this house is created by the semicircular bay window of the living room and the smooth outlines of the roof of the veranda. On the ground floor, the principle of a single space is implemented. The hall of the attic floor is not only a distribution room for a private zone, but also a play area. If the owners do not need a large number of bedrooms, you can use part of the vacated area to increase the hall.

The three-layer outer walls are made according to modern technology and are designed to lower the outdoor air temperature to -30 °C. Additional installation of skylights will improve lighting and ventilation of the attic floor.

The expressive appearance of this compact house is achieved through multifaceted bay windows, a roof solution and a canopy. The first floor includes day-stay rooms and a block of utility and utility rooms. The multifunctional space of the stateroom with two bay windows can easily be zoned.

The possibility of placing a block of recreation and entertainment in the auxiliary premises is not ruled out, especially since household services can be lowered into the basement. The second floor is designed as an attic.

Around a small hall there are three bedrooms and a large guest room. If necessary, the rooms, solved in partitions, can be combined.

Compactness of the plan, high plinth, vertical divisions of the facades enhance the effect of grandeur of the house. You can include skylights in the project. This will make it possible to rationally use the space under the roof and get additional rooms.
