One of the leaders in the production of aerated concrete blocks by the autoclave method in Ukraine is Novokakhovskiy Building Materials Plant No. 1. Construction Materials Plant No. 1 LLC is the largest enterprise for the production of building wall materials under the AAS trademark. This enterprise was built from scratch, which made it possible to take into account all the features of the delivery of raw materials, the efficient use of production facilities, as well as the sale of finished products. The plant in its arsenal has a highly qualified staff, modern equipment and technology for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks DUROX from the Dutch company Aircrete.
Building Materials Plant No. 1 LLC produces aerated concrete products of only high quality, with strict observance of all technological processes, which makes it possible to obtain products of high accuracy and strength, with excellent heat and sound insulation performance.
AAC trademark aerated concrete is widely used for the construction of external and internal load-bearing walls in private and low-rise construction (no more than 5 floors), for arranging partitions and niches, filling openings with a monolithic-frame construction method. All AAS products have excellent thermal insulation characteristics, high strength, accuracy of overall dimensions, environmental and fire safety. All products of the plant comply with accepted standards and requirements, have certificates of conformity, sanitary and epidemiological conclusions, test reports for thermal conductivity and fire resistance.
The AAC product range includes aerated concrete blocks of various strengths, thicknesses and functional purposes:
- wall,
- partition walls,
- heat-insulating.
The advantages of AAC aerated concrete produced by Building Materials Plant No. 1 LLC (Kakhovka) are:
- High strength. The use of a special rational formulation by Aircrete allows AAC aerated concrete products to achieve higher physical and technical characteristics, in particular, a higher degree of strength.
- Surface smoothness. A new innovative technological line DUROX has been installed at the plant, which allows the production of AAC aerated concrete blocks with a unique super smooth (“Extra smooth”) surface.
- Geometry. The modern production lines of the Building Materials Plant No. 1 allow the production of aerated concrete blocks of ideal geometric shape and with minimal dimensional tolerances (accuracy does not exceed 0.5 mm).
- High quality. All products manufactured by the plant (DUROX technology) fully comply with the latest European standard EN771 Part 4 TLMB, which is required for the quality of aerated concrete products.
- thermal insulation properties. AAC aerated concrete blocks have the lowest level of thermal conductivity among existing wall materials. Walls built of AAC aerated concrete provide effective protection from cold in winter and from overheating in summer, without the need for additional thermal insulation of the walls.
- Vapor permeability. Walls made of AAC aerated concrete blocks, due to their structure and excellent vapor permeability, are able to maintain optimal humidity indoors, thereby creating comfortable living conditions.
- Moisture resistance. AAC aerated concrete blocks mainly have a closed porous structure, which ensures a high degree of moisture resistance of the material (water absorption is not more than 6 – 8%).
- Fire resistance. Blocks of the AAC trademark are non-combustible material with a high fire resistance class (I and II degree of fire resistance). Under the influence of high temperatures, AAC aerated concrete blocks do not emit toxins harmful to humans, provide rigidity and reliability of the building structure.
- Durability. The long service life of buildings constructed from this material has been tested in practice. So, for example, there are a large number of houses in the Scandinavian countries that are already over 75 years old. There are no visible signs of destruction in these buildings. The service life of buildings (subject to proper installation) built from AAC aerated concrete blocks can be about 100 years.
- Resistant to fungus, mold, bacteria. AAC aerated concrete blocks are highly resistant to mold, fungus and bacteria. This fact was confirmed in laboratory conditions, with prolonged exposure to unfavorable conditions (temperature – + 25- + 30 ° C, relative humidity – 95-98%) on a sample of aerated concrete. Even under these conditions, the aerated concrete remained completely immune and resistant to the formation of bacteria, fungus and mold.
- Profitability. AAC aerated concrete blocks, due to their large overall dimensions and low weight, reduce the complexity of masonry work, and increase the speed of construction.
In addition, significant savings in masonry mortar are achieved (almost 4 times), as well as a reduction in the cost of subsequent finishing work (surface evenness). Additional savings are also achieved due to excellent thermal insulation properties (about 20 – 30% of the total heating costs). AAC aerated concrete blocks, produced by Construction Materials Plant No. 1 LLC (Kherson region, Nova Kakhovka), are an excellent wall material with high strength, excellent noise and heat insulation characteristics, durability, efficiency, fire and environmental safety. In a house built from AAC blocks it will always be warm, cozy and comfortable
