The company “UDK” (UDK) was founded in 2007 in Dnepropetrovsk. It is a fairly young, but promising enterprise for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete in Ukraine. High-tech factory lines were designed together with specialists from Germany. All products that come off the assembly line are subject to strict quality control and are certified. The production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is as follows: the blocks in the autoclave are exposed to high temperature and water vapor pressure (+195 degrees Celsius and 12 atmospheres pressure). During hardening under such conditions, the formation of low-basic microscopic crystals of calcium hydrosilicate occurs, giving the material a stable structure and increased strength.

- Resistant to mold and moisture. Although aerated concrete has a porous structure in its structure, it has a low hygroscopicity.
