Litos is a facing hyperpressed brick.

Facing brick has been a leader in the market of facing materials for a long time. In the manufacture, hyperpressoania technology is used, it is quite unique. The technological process is divided into several main and auxiliary stages. Consider the stages of production in more detail:

The first stage is the extraction of raw materials in a quarry and its delivery for processing. The raw material for the production of pressed brick Lithos is limestone-shell rock, a material of 100% natural origin.
The second stage is the processing of raw materials and preparing them for use in production. The raw material is first screened, dried, crushed and, if necessary, moistened for further use.
The third stage is the manufacture and preparation of the mixture for pressing. The source material (shell limestone) is mixed with other components and the finished mixture is fed to the press.
The fourth stage is directly the process of pressing bricks. The process takes place on presses with increased power, hence the name of the manufacturing method, the hyperpressing method.
Fifth stage. After pressing, the brick passes, the so-called steaming. Where the raw material undergoes thermal and moisture treatment in special chambers for a certain time.
The last stage is either the packaging of the finished product with its palletizing and packaging, or the workpiece is sent for further machining.

As we can see, in general, nothing is unrealistic, but if the technical process is not followed correctly or one of the production stages is violated, the entire chain may fail. In this case, the products will not meet the declared parameters and you will get a marriage or otherwise not a standard. In the following materials, we will consider in more detail the production processes and features of production chains.
