Wave size or slate profile size.

The wave size or profile size of the slate sheet is the distance between the highest and lowest points of the wave of the slate sheet. According to GOST, slate sheets are produced with two section options – these are 40/150 and 54/200. In this fraction, the first value (numerator) indicates the height of the slate wave, and the second value (denominator) indicates the step of the wave. Values are in millimeters. There is also the concept of an overlapping wave and an overlapping wave, while the height of the overlapped wave is somewhat lower than the overlapping one. The height of the overlying wave is always the same as the ordinary waves. The concept of a wave step is the distance from one wave top to the next one.
