In some private houses with a forced ventilation system installed (usually supply and exhaust with heat recovery), there are no problems with excess moisture content in the air. But these systems are installed extremely rarely, as they have a high cost. Most private households have a natural ventilation system. If at the same time the air in the room has a high humidity, then this, first of all, may indicate a malfunction or insufficient efficiency of the ventilation ducts.
